My drinking problem is getting really serious.
With the temperatures being in the 90s the past few weeks in the Pacific Northwest I can’t get enough water. Even though I start and finish my day with a glass of water the hot heat makes me want it even more.
We all know that water is good for us yet some of us struggle to get in our daily amounts no matter what the temperature. I find that I can’t just drink straight water all the time which is why I love the summer so many options to chose from with fresh fruits and vegetables. Good fruit and veggie options to help keep you hydrated are pineapple ,cucumber, pear, eggplant,watermelon, bell peppers and citrus(lemon,limes and oranges)
For those of us who are keeping up with working out this summer water is very important before,during and after exercise.
Water bottle + water = Hydration 
Never leave home without it!
