I have been working out with Jessica for 3 ½ years now on a fairly consistent basis. While I should be doing more on my own it has been nice knowing I am doing something to keep my strength, flexibility and energy up. I love the variety in the workouts for a couple of reasons – I get bored easily and it is nice to focus on different muscle groups and not try to get them all in each session. Jessica’s fun and caring personality makes working out an enjoyable experience!
