You have your choice in one on one and group training sessions in a private basement gym located in the North End district of Tacoma.  Integrated Dream Fitness enjoys being able to use your body as a weight with majority of the workouts being done outside to change it up from that traditional gym setting.

Integrated Dream Fitness offers fresh meat and vegetable boxes to be able to incorporate health and fitness as a total package.  We believe that knowing where your food is coming from helps in preventing problems later in life. We are committed in helping you make a lifestyle change and not always trying the next new diet that never works.
